I help individuals & couples impacted by sex/porn addiction/infidelity, and I also help those who don't fall into that category at all. I teach my clients DBT skills, heal trauma with Lifespan Integration, utilize Gottman's Method for couples, and much more. My clients often receive at-home assignments to help maximize their growth & healing process.
