I have made it my mission to create an environment in which clients feel supported, are able to work through difficulties, recognize their strengths, and begin to live the life they have wanted. In a non-judgmental setting, we will explore issues, develop goals, and start making the positive changes you're seeking.
I have worked in the therapeutic field since 2008 and what I've learned in that time is that each person is the expert of their lives and my specific trainings allow me to assist each person with identifying and tackling the twists and turns, as well as feeling empowered to reach life goals.
Along with trauma, I work with those struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, anger, and behavioral difficulties. I enjoy working with preteens, adolescents, and adults. I am trained in CBT, TF-CBT, and EFT tapping. I also have found enjoyment in working with other professionals in the field.
