I am a Licensed Social worker with degrees in Psychology and Human & Family Development and a Master of Social Work. I am a queer and neurodivergent therapist. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and LGBT+ individuals.
I have worked with community resources and nonprofit organizations that serve individuals with trauma, as well in local high schools. I have worked with individuals experiencing ADHD, ASD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other co-occurring disorders.
I utilize a client- and environment- focused approach which allows me to center my clients and their world, acknowledging that no one lives in a vacuum. This allows me to incorporate my clients' community into their treatment, utilizing all my clients' resources and strengths. I believe that compassion and collaboration are essential to therapy.
