I believe in the innate ability of the body to heal itself. However, due to trauma and other distressing life events this inner wisdom can get blocked or thwarted. My goal is to help you work through that "stuckness" or "block" in order to get back to that optimal state of health and healing.

I am Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. This means that I am not only trained in EMDR, but I have advanced training, experience and consultation in this area. I am also currently a beginning year student of Somatic Experiencing. These approaches work with the mind and body in a way that talk therapy cannot.

Life has its ups and downs and sometimes we need a little more help than our current support system (or lack there of) can give us. That is where I come in. I am dedicated and passionate about walking alongside women going through trauma, a difficult season, and everything in between. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental and safe space.

Private pay only, but I can offer a super-bill if you want to submit for reimbursement with your insurance company. I have had a number of clients that have been successful with this, however, I cannot guarantee if your insurance company will reimburse you or not.
