Approximate 10-12 Month Waitlist: You are inherently good! I am a trauma therapist whose approach is integrative and honors each client’s unique emotional system. I believe that creating safety in client-counselor relationship is at the heart of effective therapy. I greet each client with warmth, understanding, and non-judgement, drawing mindfulness and somatic approaches to bring more authenticity and wholeness in my clients' lives. I am passionate about working with adults with a history of trauma, attachment trauma, codependency, relationship issues, C-PTSD and auto-immune/chronic pain.
