Each of us takes a unique journey through the world, and often that path takes us in directions that can be incredibly painful. Sometimes, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate our way to a life that feels healthy and whole. We get the opportunity in therapy to process past and present traumas that may be holding us back. I consider myself a trauma therapist and I have seen that it is possible to heal the effects of trauma in both my life and the lives of my clients. I feel honored to support you in working towards the healing you hope for.
I specialize in trauma therapy modalities and have training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work (reconnecting to the body), and emotionally focused therapy. I have worked extensively with complex PTSD, anxiety, attachment injury, acute stress, panic, adjustment disorders, borderline personality, and dissociation.

My goal is to empower you along your journey, and create a safe and supportive environment that respects your healing process in mind, body, and spirit.
