I offer trauma-informed holistic psychotherapy to individuals and couples. We will cultivate a safe and creative environment during counseling sessions to support your journey of self-discovery and meaning-making. Together, we explore your personal narratives, discover innate strengths, and develop a tailored therapeutic map that fits in with your goals.
My journey to offering psychotherapy began with a life-long interest in self-wisdom and spirituality. Becoming a therapist was a product of developing a heart for humanity! I use psychodynamic therapy with mindfulness and Internal Family Systems. I also offer dreamwork and non-ordinary reality experience integration to women.
You are not the experiences that you have had in this life... you are so much more! Let's connect, heal your hurts, start writing your new story, build a container big enough to hold all of who you encompass and grow wings together.
