I am interested in learning about the life you have lived and how you experience the world. Most of us are trying to do the best we can and need spaces where we can feel heard, seen, and accepted in our full humanity, without judgment.
I am trained in trauma-informed therapeutic approaches including EMDR, and have completed courses in Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Integrative Harm Reduction, The Maastricht Approach to Hearing Voices, and liberation-based healing practices. I've worked in community mental health and primary care settings prior to private practice.

Groups
Support Group for Parents of Teens
It can be difficult to find spaces to have open and honest conversations about the challenges of raising teens, and parents are often left feeling isolated, alone, and overwhelmed. Come meet with other parents and share experiences, give and receive emotional support, learn coping and communication strategies, explore the values that are important to you as a parent, and nurture hope in your relationship with your teen. 6-week in-person group limited to 6 participants. Meets weekly on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30PM starting September 18th.
