I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, and low self-esteem in teen girls + young women (20s+30s). I have extensive training in somatic + trauma-informed therapies to help clients regulate their emotional and physiological states during times of stress. The tools that I provide empower clients to balance their minds and bodies outside of the therapy room.
