I have experience working with sexual assault survivors, both men and women. Addressing trauma can be challenging, I am here to support you on that journey.
In my work, I utilize techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person centered and strengths based perspective and I work to address your needs and help facilitate a plan to live a more successful life. Topics that I typically work with include life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma and sexual assault.
