Therapy offers the comfort of navigating these challenges within the context of a private, safe and trusting relationship.

My goal is to help you release what does not serve you and connect to your authentic self. I bring a trauma informed, client centered approach to the mind/body connection with curiosity, non-judgement and evidenced based practices.
