It may not be “just anxiety” or “only depression.” ADHD, autism and other neurodivergence, affects every aspect of life- including relationships. I specialize in helping adults and teens find healing and inner strength in order to find fulfillment in life's challenges and triumphs.
I aim to help those learning and discovering better versions of themselves. I believe that everyone is capable of change and healing when given the opportunity to be seen, heard and accepted. I help those struggling with anxiety, ADHD, autism, and more to breakdown these big feelings and find the skills they need to be successful.
