I have spent years honing in a niche that addresses the mind and body relationship impacted by eating disorders, traumatic experiences, pregnancy + postpartum, anxiety, trust, and mood concerns.

FREE New-mom group, all our welcome, including the littles! In a season of motherhood that can be alienating, lonely, and disempowering, we are coming together to be stronger (and vulnerable).
