Welcome! I’m so happy you’re here. It’s my goal to make the therapy process feel as easy & comfortable as possible. I give you the space to heal whether you need a little extra support or are in a time of major transition. By using a directive, empowering, & nonjudgemental approach I’m able to help you identify patterns that no longer serve you and get you “unstuck”. I specialize in helping 20s & 30s professionals navigate: dating, romantic & family relationships, work-life balance, as well as supporting you in the search to find meaning & purpose in your life. My style incorporates psychodynamic, CBT & solution-focused therapies.

Together we'll untangle both your past and present to build self-awareness and make meaningful changes in your life so that you can live the life you're ready to live.
Although most of our sessions will take place virtually on Zoom, I am so excited to offer the experience of meeting in person on Wednesdays! This is a unique opportunity to combine the convenience of weekly remote therapy with the grounding connective tissue of in-person work.
