I like to help people who want to make permanent changes in thinking, feeling and decision making. This doesn't happen from learning scripts of how to act or talk but rather from awareness and identification of past programming, and a plan. I have a unique foundation professionally and personally to partner with you in exploring your life and your goals. I will meet you where you are and support you in getting a better life; the one you want. If you realize that you are not reaching your human potential; not truly living, you know it is time to do something. I want to work together to improve your life in the "here and now."
My job as your therapist is to teach you how to identify problematic beliefs that drive your thinking and feeling (programmed from trauma and early childhood training) that are impacting your career, relationships and how you feel moment to moment. My work with you is focused on real changes that translate into better functioning in all areas of your life.
There is a reason you are making the same mistakes! I'm not here to play the "circle game" of fixing your current crisis and returning every few months when another big problem comes along. Permanent change involves partnering with a professional to identify and analyze current coding and overwrite and delete those "old files." This takes work and time.
