Your sense of inner peace and healing are the focus of my practice. I am best at helping people discover and embody the best versions of themselves in the midst of challenging circumstances. I do depth work with individuals that have experienced trauma, are struggling with a major life transition or are trying to get over a major heartbreak.
I use a combination of modalities and tools in my practice including body based therapies, (Somatic Experiencing) and talk therapies, (Rogerian, Internal Family Systems, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing and Strategic therapies). I also have extensive training in family therapy and group therapy.
