I really enjoy helping people reach their inner potential and find their strength. Every person has all that they need right inside themselves. I am here to help teach them tools and skills to tap into their own strength and knowledge. My goal is to help people learn and grow so they can make the best of their life’s journey. I also enjoy supervising LSW's to help them become skilled and well balanced therapists.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety and trauma. I also work with couples and families to build positive communication and understanding. I use a Strengths-Based Approach utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy among other evidence-based approaches.
