I offer a safe and comfortable environment for you to be yourself without judgement. I have been in the helping profession for over 18 years, working with teens, adults, and families. I consider myself an eclectic therapist, pulling from a variety of models of therapy that best helps you feel successful and meet your goals.
I specialize in working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, spiritual concerns, relationship stressors, and other traumas. I have advanced training in EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). Also joining our sessions would be UDS Facility dog Polar, who is assigned to work at Breaking Free Counseling!
