Additionally, my work with The FDNY allows me to help those struggling with trauma. I use an eclectic insight oriented approach using both relational & cognitive-behavioral theory.
I am a client centered therapist, meeting clients where they’re at; assisting clients determine and achieve their goals. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship forged by client and therapist and I provide a nonjudgmental and safe environment in which we can explore and solve issues collaboratively.
