Feeling stressed and confused about your inability to connect with your partner? Tired of the constant fighting? Maybe your relationship is going well, but you are overwhelmed by difficult mental health symptoms. Therapy is a process that can bring a sense of peace to your life. It can be a perilous journey from guiding you from chaos and despair to order and hope. As your experienced guide, we'll face challenges and emotions together moving toward our destination. For couples, we'll transform disconnection and conflict into connection and intimacy. For individuals, we'll move from being controlled by symptoms to mastering them.

I am trained in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). EMDR helps individuals change their negative beliefs, heal their past, and create lasting change. EFCT helps couples who are stuck in negative patterns of interaction. These patterns are identified and replaced with more authentic and vulnerable interactions leading to greater intimacy.

I primarily work with couples, but I also see individual adults. I enjoy seeing clients from STEM fields and those in interracial or intercultural relationships.
