As an experientially-oriented Gestalt Therapist, I bring over a decade of practice to helping people develop the tools to know themselves in a more clear and integrated way so that they gain the flexibility and awareness to meet life’s challenges head on
My style as a therapist is warm and interactive. I bring my curiosity, honesty, and humanity to the therapeutic relationship as well as a well-practiced process of attending to and finding coherence and clarity through integrating thoughts, feelings, body and interpersonal exploration in the present moment. I have found this present-centered experiential work to be a great catalyst for discovery and growth. Ultimately, I believe therapy is a collaboration between you and me. Together, we work to uncover your potential to function more flexibly and authentically in your own healthy way.
