Life confronts us with countless pressures and challenges in our daily lives. Many will face trauma, anxiety, depression, fractured relationships, and addictions. Yet, there is hope for healing and the possibility of finding a meaningful life. My purpose is to provide compassionate support in navigating these complex emotions and behaviors, empowering individuals to realize and embrace their fullest potential.
I draw upon a diverse range of counseling therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and more. I work with across the all the age ranges to help with issues of anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, and trauma.
