Chronic illnesses and disabilities - both physical and psychological - can be isolating and difficult to cope with alone. Clients who see me are often struggling with these stressors, searching for relief and control over their lives. Counseling is challenging, but the results - and YOU - are worth it!
My clinical practice is dedicated to treating severe anxiety, OCD, chronic illness/ disabilities, and PTSD/complex trauma. I believe in evidence-base treatments as well as integrating new, holistic approaches to target both mind and body. I offer tangible tools to help you accomplish your goals of healing and creating new pathways for your life.
You will experience a kind of counseling that is empowering and validating. It takes work, and is challenging, but we will work together towards wholeness and healing. You will learn powerful, proven skills and strategies to draw upon your personal strengths and improve your quality of life. Note: I have a medical service animal who accompanies me in office.
