Women's group. In person in Santa Fe, Tuesdays 2:30-4:00 PM October 1 - November 5, 2024 Or Online Thursdays 2:30-4:00 PM October 3 - November 7, 2024. We’ll explore our parts somatically using: Movement, Parts Sculpting, Meditation and Journaling. Cost is $325 plus $25 tax before September 17, $350 plus $30 tax after. About Michelle George, LPCC, SEP: I am a Level 1 IFS therapist. I also have full certification in Somatic Experiencing and Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises.
