Teen Anxiety Group
Adolescence can be a stressful & confusing time for many teens; many often suffer with anxiety & depression. When left untreated, teens are at increased risk for self-harm, suicidal thoughts, & weakened peer relationships. Our group addresses many topics relevant to promoting resiliency, self-esteem, & improved coping skills. Groups meet for weekly for 90 minutes & consist of psychoeducational/dydactic discussions & creative therapeutic experiences. Group size is limited to 6 teens. New group members are welcome to join at any time following an initial intake to establish clinical needs and goals. Call 954-925-3191 for current group schedule.

We have a variety of social skills groups running during the week. Groups are organized by age and functioning levels with intent to match clients with others who have similar or complimentary needs. Groups run weekly for 60 minutes. New group members are able to join at anytime following an initial intake session to establish clinical and social needs.

Music Therapy
We offer several music therapy groups for children with developmental disabilities and autism. Children are grouped by age and functioning level. We have groups for children ages 3 - 14. Common goals include social skills, communication, behavior and emotional regulation. Groups are limited to 5 students and are offered a various times during the week. Also, groups are offered on Saturday morning. New group members may join at any time following an initial intake to establish clinical needs and goals. Call 954-925-3191 for schedule and availability.
