Have you ever felt off track? Imbalanced? Lost a sense of direction? Or after experiencing so many changes in life, you just don't recognize who you are anymore? It's not uncommon. Yet, it can feel overwhelming and lonely. In therapy, I can assist you with finding balance. I can help you overcome the negative thinking/behavioral patterns, relationship issues, and past problematic experiences that have led to the struggle to cope with life's challenges. My primary focus is on empowering clients to achieve healthy self-awareness, develop positive relationships, and build progressive coping skills towards positive change.
As a licensed clinician in GA, FL, & S. Carolina, I have worked with an array of individuals, couples, & families, who are managing multiple stressors in their lives. My goal is to help clients identify dysfunctional patterns that have kept them from living more fulfilling lives and find their respective balance.
I apply a holistic perspective in working with individuals, couples, and families which includes exploring their psychological, spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical wellbeing. My mission is to provide quality, professional, and excellent care as well as create a safe, friendly, and inspirational environment.
