My mission is to provide a nurturing and secure environment for clients to face life's challenges and connect more deeply with their values and with what’s most important to them.
My therapeutic approach is first and foremost collaborative and relationship focused. I see our therapeutic relationship as a partnership, tailored to meet your unique needs, goals, and circumstances. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, emotion-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I find fulfillment in working with LGBTQ+ individuals. My specialization also includes promoting body liberation and body positivity, guiding individuals through faith transitions and healing from religious trauma, and assisting with identity exploration.
