I use a holistic approach, and explore all factors which affect mental health including physical health, nutrition, family dynamics, and relationships.
I work with issues such as self harm, chronic pain/illness anxiety, depression, familial issues, Hollywood industry concerns, behavioral issues, job loss/transition, bullying, and low self esteem. I have worked with diverse populations in terms of ethnicity, gender, spirituality, age, nationality, socioeconomic status, level of ability, and belief systems.
My training was in transpersonal psychology which integrates dream work, art, music, journaling, mindfulness, and guided imagery.. My style is holistic and integrates multiple approaches. I believe that we are greater than our problems. Many issues we face are in response to external stimuli, such as trauma, family issues, and relationship concerns.
