I am trained in existential humanistic transpersonal psychology, cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, EMDR, and ketamine assisted integration therapy (KAP). My approach is mind-body oriented, and I will help you work on various life issues including intergenerational trauma, multiculturalism, job/academic performance, spirituality, relationships, parenting, co-dependency, marriage, and divorce.
I believe in a personalized, holistic approach to healing. My hope is to provide you with a safe space to explore and reflect on your life from diverse perspectives, heal old wounds, and move forward to experience life with joy, curiosity, creativity, and love. To protect clients' privacy, I do not bill insurance companies.
