I'm sorry you are facing stressful times, but glad that you decided to reach out for some help. Most of my counseling experience has come from helping people to learn how to better deal with whatever the issues they are facing, including things like anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, loss, troubled relationships, and troubled pasts. I teach people how to change what they can in themselves and their circumstances, accept those things they have no power over, and then to cope better with whatever comes their way in the future.
My counseling style is compassionate and cognitive behavioral-based. It is not my job to pass judgement, but to help you discover what is important to you and to help you live the life that matches. I get to know you, and then help you develop goals to achieve and steps to make them happen.
