I offer an inclusive, compassionate & culturally affirming therapeutic style crafted through a strengths-based lens that is relational where we co-create an empowering and non-judgmental space. We work together to define goals, develop insights, practice new skills, and implement valued change. I provide tele-health counseling to adults and adolescents, individual, couples, and family counseling. I provide supervision for LPC Associates.
I can help individuals, couples, and families trying to improve communication, parenting, trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and change; and, I have a special interest working with people struggling with self-esteem, establishing boundaries, substance abuse, self-harm, vocational concerns, social anxiety, impulsivity, and interpersonal relationships.
I approach therapy, growth, and healing as a process with the ultimate goals of personal authenticity, creating meaning, and connecting with oneself and others by identifying and deconstructing internalized messages, validating traumas, honoring strengths and building resiliency.
