I know exactly how controlling and over-powering these thoughts can be. Our inner self-talk can be a bully and I don't want you to have to suffer through it anymore. I specializing in treating anxiety, self esteem, and navigating life transitions. In my work with individuals we explore why these behaviors are occurring, how we can change them, and then how to maintain our changes. I am trained in EMDR, an evidenced-based trauma treatment.
For the past several years, my work has been focused on helping people create the lives they hope for. I utilize several different models of therapy to ensure you are receiving the best care to treat your unique needs. My goal in treatment is to provide you with the tools and confidence to cope with life's challenges, as well as better understanding patterns
