This 8-week closed group is designed for young adults who have experienced a “toxic” relationship. Group sessions meet in-person at 10300 Eaton Place Ste 440. Topics Include: Healthy vs unhealthy relationships, Attachment Styles, Family of Origin,Manipulation Techniques, How the relationship became toxic (and how to prevent getting into another unhealthy relationship!), Understanding, forgiving, healing, Grief on the loss of this relationship, Realistic expectations for future relationships
