I specialize in treating anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) using exposure and response prevention (ERP) and other Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods. I am a compassionate interactive psychologist and understand that starting therapy can be challenging. I am here to help you reach your valued life goals and begin to live a more fulfilling life. I have extensive experience in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Health Anxiety, and Panic Disorder. My work frequently addresses mood, relationship, personality issues, and general well being improvement.

I have successfully used CBT and ERP to treat OCD and anxiety disorders since 2003. More recently I am also using Inference-based CBT, an alternative to ERP, to treat OCD. My in-depth understanding of all the variations of OCD and use of empirically supported treatment methods contribute to the success of my clients.
