As a specialized child, adolescent and family Therapist, I am deeply committed to facilitating the growth, healing and achievement of mental wellness for those struggling to cope with the stressors of life. My primary goal during the treatment process, is to provide an individualized plan of care that caters to each person's specific set of needs/values. I consistently seek to empower children and young adults by teaching them to effectively advocate for themselves. It is additionally a priority of mine to bring fractured families closer together and address any communication issues that may exist within the family unit.
My clinical expertise is structured around treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, ODD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as issues caused by family conflict. Using the most effective and empirically-based practices, I often provide support for improving emotional regulation, social skills development, and executive dysfunction.
I believe creating an emotionally safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment is essential to the treatment process. It is a priority that each individual in my care, feels truly valued, heard and understood within their story.

Neurodivergent Interpersonal Connections
I am starting a neurodivergent group for children/adolescents age 10-14 in Mt. Pleasant that will primarily work towards building interpersonal relationships for those who think and process things differently. Having purpose in the community is vitally important for those with ADHD or on the Autistic Spectrum.
