I work with a diverse group of adults and young professionals experiencing a range of concerns, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and general feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck.

I take a collaborative approach to my work with clients and tailor my style to meet each person's individual needs. I incorporate evidence-based techniques to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their concerns, process their emotions, and learn to implement new tools and strategies to address challenges they are facing.
