My therapeutic skills cover a wide variety of areas, but are particularly well suited for those who want to actualize their full potential, have anxiety or depression, and/or those with Internet Addiction/ overuse (video game addiction, porn addiction, social media addiction and spending addiction). Engaging in therapy with me can help you develop more agency and set you on the path to becoming who you want to be. Typical areas of focus in therapy include improving relationship/communication skills, reducing anxiety/depression, living more authentically, developing better balance, setting boundaries and becoming more assertive.

Therapy with me is insight oriented, relational, and skills-based. I am intentional in balancing my role as both someone who provides support and someone who challenges you to grow. A main theme in my work is helping clients become more empowered by discovering ways they can have more agency in their lives in order to make the changes needed to move forward.
