Glad you're here! I specialize in helping adults work through anxiety, depression, and OCD that is so often intertwined with low self-esteem, people pleasing, hypersensitivity and perfectionism. Maybe you're finding yourself in a storm of your emotions and thoughts. Or it's the opposite - you've been able to power through life by setting emotions aside and cracks are starting to show, or a life transition is throwing you off. Using a warm, affirming, and structured approach, I will guide you through making sense of the storm while looking at the sky view, including your past experiences and the ways you have coped.
I draw upon 10 years of experience at various levels of care to inform my practice. Our goal is to reduce anxiety and disconnection from the world while improving your mood, motivation, and self-esteem. Creative interventions and humor are sprinkled in to help when you're feeling stuck.
