We do this to build self-awareness, and take control of your narrative to increase self-compassion. Finding a deeper connection with yourself is the springboard to living an easier, peaceful, and warmer existence.
I utilize evidence based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic themes to deliver neurodiverse & trauma affirming care.
