Only accepting private pay at this time, waitlist available for insurance. Are you ready to step out of feeling powerless and overwhelmed by the state of the world? Are you wondering what gifts the process of grieving could offer? Right now, we are all being called to connect more deeply with ourselves and with one another, to destroy illusions and shame with the blazing power of love and compassion - towards ourselves as much as everyone else. We'll look at systemic pressures and cultural stories that disempower us, uproot shame, and rewrite the story of your future.
There are many skills that can help us focus our attention, self-reflect, and take new action, and we'll help you find what works for you. In my space, critiques of whiteness, capitalism, and other forms of supremacy are welcome (and necessary). We'll use parts work, somatic awareness, a dash of CBT, and accountability to support your process.
They don't tell you that healing isn't easy or linear; but you've got this. If you feel ready to do the work, I'm ready to be on your support team. Email me today to schedule a free 15 min consultation to see if we’re a good fit for taking that first step together. (Priority for in-person appointments, as somatic work works better in-person.)

A typical treatment plan depends on your goals, but usually includes practicing mindfulness (it's easier than you think!), and learning and practicing coping skills, healthy relationship skills, and grief skills (they're more important than you think). We'll also work on somatic skills and shifting negative thought patterns.

Talk therapy helps us explore your challenges and goals from new perspectives, which will bring new insights. Mindfulness and coping skills helps to regulate an overactive nervous system which can support more calm and ease. Self-compassion will drain shame and guilt, giving you space to breathe. IFS and somatic work find pressure points and help relieve years of pent-up pain and suffering.
