In the beginning, your relationship felt fun, connected and loving, but now there’s distance between you, leaving you feeling more like roommates than lovers. When you talk, neither of you feel like you’re getting anywhere, or most of the conversations are about schedules, work or kids. One or both of you may feel lonely in the relationship at times. There may be some painful experiences that haven’t been healed, and some trust has been eroded. The possibility of enjoying each other again, as partners, lovers and friends, is one you and your partner feel ready to explore. You both long for a more meaningful and joyful relationship.

I work with couples to help them learn to communicate, listen to each other with empathy and understand their relationship dynamic. I help couples heal past hurts and build stronger bonds of trust. I work collaboratively with clients to build the right therapeutic space and experience for them. I am also certified in Systematic Affair Recovery Therapy.

It can be incredibly difficult to reach out for help, to trade in on hope that things that feel lost can possibly be restored. Healing, hope and recovery are available for everyone, and the journey can be even more valuable than the destination for the things you'll learn along the way.
