Are you feeling stuck and unsure why you keep making the same choices? Do you often put others first, even when it’s hard on you? I’m passionate about helping people who’ve experienced trauma regain control and heal from low self-worth, struggles with boundaries, and feeling secure in relationships. Together, we’ll work through habits that hold you back and manage feelings of guilt, shame, and chronic anxiety or depression. I specialize in supporting survivors of family trauma, abusive relationships (including narcissistic abuse), and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD). I often work with those who have faced lifelong or persistent anxiety.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a graduate of the Columbia University DBT Training program. I integrate evidence-based practices such DBT, CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness-based approaches into my therapeutic work. I'm also trained in Dr. Lindsay Gibson's "Treating Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents".
Bessel van der Kolk said “Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health". My aim is to provide a nurturing, accepting, and non-judgmental space, employing an eclectic approach tailored to your unique needs. Take the first step towards healing by reaching out to me."
