Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club is a supportive skill building group for high schoolers (ages 14-19). This group is actively running at our Lake in the Hills office on Saturday mornings from 9:00 - 10:00 am. Participants in group will learn skills from DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and how to apply them in life outside of group. See our photos for the group flier!
