My work weaves together Somatics, Depth Psychology (Dreamwork, Imagination, Shadow/Inner Child work), EMDR, IFS (Wild Mind), ritual and nature-based spirituality to offer a holistic framework for growth. Inspired by the creative wisdom of your being and the more-than-human world, we will attune to the gifts in your wounds and deepen your connection to life.
