The past few years have been difficult for so many of us... It seems like any issues we had prior to the pandemic were put on hold and we were then faced with a brand new set of overwhelming issues to cope with! Now that it seems we are beginning to return to some sense of normalcy, there's finally time to focus on personal growth and healing. We have all had unique journeys. Why did we experience certain things, what was their significance in our lives, and how can we process and use our experiences to continue to grow? My goal for all of my clients is that they feel heard, validated, and empowered to make necessary changes.
A little about me, I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings and diverse backgrounds. I have worked within hospitals, residential treatment facilities, community mental health centers, non-profit organizations, schools, major health insurance companies, and private practice. I offer Solution Focused, Existential, and Narrative therapy.
I believe that everyone experiences life differently and tailor my treatments accordingly. My biggest strength as a therapist is my authenticity and ability to be relatable.
