I provide Parenting Classes, Anger Management Assessments, Anger Management Classes, Alcohol & Drug Abuse Classes, and Child & Family Therapy. You may want to work on self-improvement or you may want to reclaim the feelings of safety, security, contentment, peace, and love that once accompanied your hopes of what your family could be. Or your goal may be to start your recent or upcoming marriage off on the right foot, or to ensure your child is off to an emotionally healthy start in their younger years. Whatever the case, healthy families require focus, intentional work, and can sometimes use assistance from a caring professional.
For classes, I focus on Parenting, Anger Management, and Alcohol & Drug courses). I also provide Anger Management Assessments. Lastly, for therapy, my overall focus is on early intervention (whether in childhood or in the pre-marriage/engaged stage of a relationship). I focus on child therapy for ages 3-8 and parenting. I also focus on premarital counseling.
I am a Christ-follower. This permeates all areas of my life including family. I believe that families are the backbone of the local church and of society as a whole. For clients who wish to incorporate the Bible and prayer into therapy sessions, I am happy to do so. While I hold to a Christian worldview, I am here to help clients of all beliefs with respect.
