My approach is radical, out-of-the-box & anti-oppressive, while integrating a systemic perspective. We’ll use various therapeutic methods to incorporate your body, mind & lived experience into our work. I often blend practices from Hakomi & other somatic or body-based approaches, EMDR Therapy, nature-based & experiential therapies, Gestalt & DBT.
I’m here to help you identify the skills, strength, & resources you had before you ever attended therapy. I offer a supportive & compassionate presence coupled with non-judgment.
