My approach is relational and emotion-focused. I believe that because we are most harmed in relationship, it is in relationship that we are most deeply healed, so I place a strong emphasis on trust and safety in the relationship that we will build. Our work is "intimacy practice" that will empower you to forge richer relationships in your real life.
I received my MA from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando and my BA in Creative Writing: Fiction from Northwestern University. I am fascinated with people and with the world around me. I love good conversation, playing music, pick-up sports or board games with friends, wrestling my son, or reading out loud with my beautiful wife.
