I'm experienced in treating eating disorders and body image issues from a Health at Every Size® perspective, and I'm passionate about helping my clients build healthy relationships with food and their bodies. I'm also a Level 2 EMDR trained therapist In the process of obtaining certification.
In addition, I have experience dealing with physical disability, both professionally and personally. As a wheelchair user, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to adapt to such a new way of being in the world. Incorporating wellness of the mind as you heal your body can make a HUGE difference in figuring out how to live the life you want.
