We can help you deal with life transitions, stressful situations, relationships, school and work stress, sadness, self esteem, anxiety, health issues, and other challenges. As a former college athlete, I have learned the many ways that sports and other areas in life can help us learn about ourselves. I have over 15 years of experience and enjoy working with teens, adults, and families. I was a middle school teacher and coach prior to becoming a therapist.
I have worked in the area of Animal Assisted Therapy for over 10 years. My dogs and I help people to feel comfortable during therapy. I also run a group for adults with health challenges.
